DMMapp provides links for thousands of digitized medieval manuscripts from hundreds of libraries all over the world, and its partner, Sexy Codicology brings “medieval illuminated manuscripts out of the darkness and back to life” through illuminated social media – Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Tumblr. These big projects are run by two MA graduates from Book and Digital Media Studies from Leiden University — with zero funding — and are very cool.
