JSTOR has a new program: Open Access eBooks on JSTOR. An initial set of titles is available from four publishers: University of California Press, University of Michigan Press, UCL Press, and Cornell University Press. The eBooks are freely available for anyone in the world to use and has one of six Creative Commons licenses determined by the publisher. There are no Digital Rights Management (DRM) restrictions and no limits on chapter PDF downloads or printing. Several 100 more titles will be added in the next year.
